International Day of Yoga event – Saturday 22 June at Northfields Community Centre
To celebrate the UN International Day of Yoga and the summer solstice, I taught adult and kids/teens classes in support of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), also known as Doctors Without Borders, providing humanitarian medical care in conflict zones and in countries affected by endemic diseases.
